Pacific Building Group’s Director of Preconstruction, Andre Childers, has been named a 2017 “Top 40 Under 40” professional by the San Diego Transcript.
Childers joined Pacific Building Group in 2000, right out of college, and has been with us ever since.
Childers works to establish, develop and maintain relationships in the procurement of construction work. He prepares detailed estimates, conceptual budgets, site and building reviews, coordination with the owner and design teams, and subcontractor bidding for various types of projects.
Childers has successfully managed commercial, medical, retail, office, site development, biotech and industrial projects. Some of his most notable projects include Portside Pier, Fifth and Laurel, Grauer School, Bay Club, General Atomics, and Qualcomm.
