Wawanesa Insurance

This project consisted of a 74,000 SF second-generation tenant improvement in an existing two-story Class A office building for a national corporate client. Scope included new offices, conference rooms, restrooms and showers as well as custom millwork throughout including a rear view mirror wall and custom seat belt ceiling above the break room. Additionally, office fronts were constructed to include glass sliding doors with sidelights and a new emergency generator was installed. This project is LEED Gold certified.
