This Tenant Improvement Project involved the expansion and build-out of office and private retail space created from a warehouse-use building. Our work included the creation of common areas, conference rooms, offices, creative board rooms, as well as a custom entrance to an exclusive, invite-only area of the building. The construction was completed with high-end custom finishes aligned with the standards of this brand. This Project was a result of a long-standing relationship between our team and the Callaway Golf Brand, to which TravisMathew Apparel is in partnership with. We are honored to be apart of such brand-expanding projects for Callaway and partners.
