Project consisted of a 98,000 SF second generation tenant improvement on floors 2-5 at Kilroy Center Del Mar. Scope included updated reception, conference room, kitchen and break room, meeting room and quiet rooms. Also included new flooring, ceilings, custom millwork, and custom lighting.
