This project consisted of a 3,000 SF tenant improvement to an existing office suite occupied by a law firm. The scope was carefully executed during nighttime hours to allow the firm’s daily business operations to continue without disruption. Work included the demolition and reconfiguration of non-load-bearing walls and doors, with no change to the existing office use. Interior improvements delivered a new break room, reception area, corridor, support room, work room, and audio-visual upgrades with blackout shades in existing conference rooms. Additional scope included new lighting fixtures and electrical outlets, reworked existing ducting layouts with no modifications to existing mechanical equipment or infrastructure, and deferred submittals for fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems.
