Sharp Rees-Stealy Chula Vista

Ground up construction of a new three-story, 75,884 SF Medical Office Building. Scope includes a new Shell+Core with a covered walkway/ Bridge, new parking structure. The space includes outpatient care as well as urgent care. Additional project scope includes the build-out of a pharmacy, multiple exam rooms, treatment rooms, physicians offices and support spaces.
