Scope included new epoxy flooring, high speed roll up doors, and MEP infrastructure. Interior tenant offices to include new kitchenette, storefront, glass film, and upgraded ceilings. Exterior improvements to include new EV charging stations, rework of existing planters and landscape, new curb and gutter and drive aisle, restriping, and fencing.
