Qualcomm Q257 Rack Room

Project consisted of the conversion of 3,000 SF of existing office space into a high functioning electronics lab and rack room in one of Qualcomm’s largest and busiest occupied buildings. The scope of work included the addition of ten (10) new data/storage/IT racks on a custom built raised flooring system. Critical components included upgraded power requirements, CRAC units for cooling, and dry fire suppression system. Security, site logistics and safety were at a premium while constructing this project in an occupied building during both normal and off hours.
