Qualcomm Mobile Work Environment

This project marks the second MWE (Mobile Work Environment) project we have completed for Qualcomm in part of their space planning response to the pandemic. This dynamic improvement puts a premium on creative and collaborative spaces with open to structure, upgraded ceilings and lighting. The scope of work included full demo and build back of +/- 14K SF office T.I. with all new finishes in a heavily occupied building adjacent to Qualcomm’s Mission Critical Laboratories. Key features include new electrical gear and panels, high security measures with security mesh walls and a glass turnstile in the lobby, along with key 3rd party integration of IT, Cabling and AV. Creative pre-construction solutions to procure and expedite long lead items were critical to the schedule were implemented.
