Project consisted of a 23,000 SF Class A tenant improvement at American Assets Torrey Reserve. Project encompassed the entire second floor and partial first floor of the building, work included a new feature staircase connecting the first and second floor. Featured stair includes glass handrails, decorative hanging sound baffles, and wood floor treads. Scope also included the construction of private offices which included all glass office fronts. Additionally, conference rooms included new Skyfold Operable Partition, and sliding glass operable partitions to create flexibility. A custom millwork package throughout included decorative elevator lobby wood ceilings, built in bench seating, and custom video walls in the meeting rooms.
