NBPC – Local 1613

This project consists of 7,000 SF of office space in an occupied single story business park. Assisting with early budgeting and a design/assist approach, we worked closely with the project team to align design intent and budget. The scope of work included full demo and consolidated of three existing suites into one. From there, key features included upgraded creative office space and open collaboration areas. Additionally, we constructed full new gang restrooms, showers, a coffee bar, a bar, light kitchen, laundry, rollup doors and custom closets. Security, IT/AV, cabling, appliances and furniture were key 3rd party coordination components.
