This 13,500 SF Tenant improvement project includes the installation of built-in casework in the classrooms, the application of new luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring and carpet—both featuring a moisture barrier to address high moisture levels in the existing concrete slab—and the implementation of all-new energy-efficient lighting systems compliant with Title 24 requirements. The upgraded facility will also feature new hand wash sinks and emergency eye wash stations to support the program’s healthcare training needs.
