Tenant improvement of approximately 26,000 SF on the 1st and 2nd floor of occupied 3 story Class A office building in Carmel Valley for a Law Firm. We were onboarded early for preconstruction from schematic design. The project placed an emphasis on design, acoustics and comfort. Included with this was the replacement of all mechanical units, reworking of plumbing and electrical infrastructure and integrating low voltage systems. Key features included demountable glass fronts and openings at all office and conference room fronts to enhance aesthetics while maintaining sound attenuation. The top- notch finishes included custom casework, a fish scale ceiling feature, RGB color changing lights, a variety of flooring finishes, a skyfold partitions, motorized draperies, wood wall paneling, decorative wall coverings, acoustical and decorative felt walls and ceiling panels.
