This 5,100 SF interior tenant improvement spanning two floors focused on enhancing both functionality and aesthetics within the existing space. Scope of work included demolition and conversion of a former first-floor shipping and receiving area into a new auditor workspace with supporting meeting and workroom areas, along with a high-end third-floor executive buildout featuring private offices, meeting spaces, client waiting areas, and a modern training room. Key elements included custom built-in casework, QuietRock sound-reducing drywall, Western Integrated glass office fronts, and detailed custom drywall soffits. All work was strategically scheduled from Friday through Monday to minimize disruption to ongoing tenant operations.
