Liberty Station – Building 208

This project was a tenant improvement in an existing landmark building in Historic Liberty Station. The thoughtful repurposing of this church was to accommodate an event space for weddings, private events, and exhibitions. The scope of work included construction of a new exterior patio, installation of an ADA-compliant ramp, and upgraded landscaping to improve accessibility and usability. Interior improvements featured new LVT flooring, carpet, and paint throughout, along with the addition of unisex restrooms and a food preparation area. All work was executed with a focus on maintaining the architectural integrity of the structure.
