La Jolla Commons – Conference Center
Tenant Improvement of 12,500 on the first floor of an occupied building. Scope of work includes demolition of existing 1st floor space to accommodate new conference center and amenities area. Site work includes custom IPE decks, landscaping, and concrete paving. Interior/exterior integrated glass walls to create seamless transition of the space to the outdoor space add to the diversity of the space. Kitchen, bar, and A/V work was included to make space suitable for hosting.
