iRhythm

This project involved the buildout of 8,350 SF of first-generation Class A office space within an occupied building. The finished space features an open and collaborative layout with exposed structural ceilings, decorative lighting, new restrooms, custom casework, and feature wall elements. Significant attention was given to acoustical performance through the use of K13 acoustical ceiling spray, fabric-wrapped wall panels, and sound-rated wall assemblies. The result is a modern, high-performing office environment that balances design aesthetics with comfort and functionality.
