This project involved the complete buildout of a 16,000 SF workplace and showroom. The scope included structural upgrades to support multiple demountable wall systems, modifications to the existing storefront for new operable doors meeting ADA and historic requirements, and the installation of all new MEP systems. The interior features open work areas, private offices, conference rooms, and custom elements such as a bar, ceiling feature, and AV wall designed for flexibility and visual impact. Extensive coordination was required to integrate owner-supplied demountable walls, of which they are showcasing in this space.
