Hologic GCDI Lab

As part of our on-going work at Hologic, this project consisted of the construction of 3,000 SF lab Tenant Improvement at Hologic's GCD-1 space. This project was on a fast track schedule with special issuance by the Department of Defense as it relates to Covid. Project challenges included working in and around an occupied and functioning lab and clean-room space while simultaneously keeping noise to a minimum as executive offices were located directly below the construction space.
