This ground up project consists of (2) new education buildings totaling 10,000 SF. The buildings are wood framed and a combination of lath & plaster, stone veneer and wood siding with intermittent windows and operable panel glass doors. The site contains animal enrichment enclosure, (2) playgrounds, a 350 SF hay shed, a duck pond and a chicken dusting area. The site area is surrounded by ornamental iron, mesh and wood fences and contains (2) large CMU bio-basins.
