This project consisted of a 37,000 SF fast track first-generation Class A build out in the prominent One Paseo development. PBG was onboarded early and worked with the full project team in a Design-Assist and GMP fashion to achieve the design intent within a specific target budget. Special attention was paid to acoustics, temperature control while maintaining a level of aesthetics fit for a leading law firm. Unique challenges included a custom feature stair newly created to connect 3rd and 4th floors. All work was performed in a busy, occupied campus.
