Project consisted of a 31,000 SF second generation tenant improvement in a occupied Class A office building including demolition and reconstruction for new offices and interior space. This project also utilized Design Build with mechanical, electrical and plumbing which allowed Evofem constant use throughout the phases. The building components of this project consisted of new walls, new flooring, Turf acoustical ceilings, wood paneling with floor-to-ceiling glass conference rooms, and high-end finishes.
