This 30,000 SF tenant improvement project encompassed the comprehensive build-out of new office spaces and support service areas, including full mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and life safety system installations. The scope also included the construction of secure employee access points, conference and meeting rooms, restrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Structural modifications were executed to accommodate specialized equipment and infrastructure upgrades. Additionally, the project featured the integration of advanced data network systems and state-of-the-art audiovisual (AV) capabilities.
