This project transformed the former Eddie M’s Café space—also originally delivered by our team—into a refreshed and modern café experience. The scope included selective rework of the back-of-house kitchen, with coordination for the disconnection and installation of new kitchen equipment in collaboration with the client’s vendor. Front-of-house improvements featured custom millwork throughout, including banquette seating, a new point-of-sale area, grab-and-go display, and a beverage station. Notable design elements included an acoustical-rated ceiling and custom wall graphics, adding both function and character to the finished space.
