Tenant improvement of approximately 17,000 square feet and encompasses half of the floor of the building. This first-generation buildout includes a combination of enclosed offices, open office areas, phone rooms, a gym, and amenities. The space features a variety of distinctive architectural elements and finishes, including a mix of Falk, Western Integrated, and Herculite office fronts with U-channel framing. Additional unique design features include custom Corten steel planters, a Corten steel logo wall, and plastic laminate planters integrated above built-in casework. The ceiling design incorporates both Navy Island wood plank ceilings and standard T-bar systems, as well as open-to-structure areas to provide a modern, dynamic aesthetic throughout the suite.
