Tenant improvement project of 25,000 SF of first floor lab space and 8,000 SF of 2nd floor office. The lab space includes compressed air piping, vacuum piping and process water supply and return piping from new equipment in the yard. Technical aspects of this project included: server room dry gas fire suppression system, the flooring consisting mainly of static dissipative viny tile, electrical system updates to provide power to new equipment, and owner furnished equipment and will require (2) new 1,200 amp distribution boards, in addition to a new bus system and electrical cord drops to the labs.
