Project consisted of a 3,040 SF Design/Build MEP tenant improvement of an existing medical office building suite into new fertility clinic. Scope of work included selective demolition, new interior partitions, mechanical, plumbing and electrical to build exam, recovery, and lab spaces within the office. Work was performed adjacent to operational surgery center and recovery areas.
