Project consisted of a 5,210 SF second generation law office tenant improvement. Construction included interior build out of private offices, open office area with open to structure concept including roll up doors, La Cantina folding glass partitions and acoustical baffles. Also included new roof, replacement of roof top unitary cooling unit, boiler and controls. Site work consisted of new hand/guard rails, new ADA ramp with signage and ground covering plantings.
