This project consists of 52,073 SF of ground-up construction with 79,671 SF of subterranean parking. Scope includes the construction of a two-story commercial building over a multi-level parking structure. The building will be completed as a warm shell space that will include high-end restrooms, a modern lobby, mechanical/electrical spaces. Garage level includes bike storage and shower rooms. Site improvements include landscaping, walkways, exterior patios, and site retaining walls. Vehicular infrastructure includes an eastern driveway which ramps up to the main level parking deck and down to the first garage level. The western driveway leads to the first garage level and receiving area.
