This tenant improvement project was delivered through a true fast-track, progressive design-build approach in partnership with Ware Malcomb. Our team was engaged from the project’s inception to lead the design and engineering coordination during Phase 1, followed by final design, pricing, permitting, and construction in Phase 2. The scope included demolition of existing interiors and the build-out of new exam rooms, upgraded finishes, custom casework, medical gas systems, and reconfiguration of existing MEP infrastructure.
