UCSD Hillcrest Medical Center Shiley Eye Center

Major renovation of 7,000 SF medical center to provide a new operating room in the existing surgical suite. Renovations provided a fourth operating room to the suite, new recovery beds, change areas for patients, equipment rooms, and offices for operational and staff support. The project was completed in phases in order for the facility to remain in full operation during construction, and included the replacement of the AHU for the increased capacity and demand and major electrical upgrades.
