New construction of a 7,000 SF free-standing café pavilion to be located in the courtyard of the ViaSat campus. The project includes shell and core construction and related tenant improvements within the occupied campus. Other courtyard improvements include a sand volleyball court, outdoor seating and gathering areas, and other hardscape and landscaping.
