Tenant improvement of a 10,000 SF addition within a 60K SF warehouse and manufacturing facility, as well as site improvements and a parking increase of 22 stalls to accommodate the building conversion. Project was completed on a fast-track schedule with Owner-controlled MEP trades, as well as specified quality standards to minimize impacts on the production of the company’s water treatment and reverse osmosis membranes. The facility includes automated rolling capabilities, as well as sales, marketing and applications engineering and serves as their headquarters in the United States.
