Construction of 6,740 square foot, USP-797 compliant, IV mixing pharmacy within an existing 21,808 square foot central Corporate Pharmacy for Scripps Health. The project included demolition of existing finishes, addition of new rooftop HVAC equipment, a new 250 kW emergency generator and ATS switch, new clean compressed air system, and all supporting utility infrastructure for an Owner-furnished 4,664 square foot ISO class 7 clean room.
