Complete removal and replacement of existing mechanical and electrical systems for entire space.  Space received all new fan coils and heat pumps as the existing systems were not salvageable.  New plumbing and fire suppression was run from the building core during TI modifications.  TI included core offices surrounded by cubes throughout first and second floors.  Sound control and privacy were important factors throughout construction; double layer conference rooms and thick glass at all office fronts were installed to assist in keeping conversations confidential.  New open to structure break areas were built out on the first and second floor to serve the 150+ employees working in the building.
