iboss Headquarters

The iboss project included exterior renovation and 45,000sf interior buildout. Scope consisted of new glazing curtain walls at the south and east façade accented by a new IPE trellis. Structural upgrades allowed for two new floor openings to accommodate a 20ft slide and a second floor lobby entry. New mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems throughout the space have been designed to be focal points. The space is completely open with warehouse themed lighting, tectum acoustical paneling, an artificial grass social area, numerous training/conference rooms, collaborative spaces and an expansive kitchen. The expansive windows allow for much of the space to utilize natural light throughout.
