Client expanded into the San Diego market with a new office in Del Mar that involved the renovation of 9,000 SF of Class A office space within an occupied building, and earned a LEED Silver - CI rating.  The project included the demolition and removal of all existing finishes, demising walls, and ceilings and the new construction of walls, ceilings and installing new mechanical and electrical systems.
