Tenant improvement of 11,000 SF within The Aventine, an occupied Class A office building. Scope of work included the lobby, new offices, conference and training rooms, and break areas. Communication with the client, located on the East Coast, and coordination with the demountable wall, furniture, IT and audio/visual vendors were key elements to the project success.
