Carlsbad Surgery Center

This tenant improvement construction of an 8,000 SF ambulatory surgical center was built concurrently within a new medical office building and was completed prior to the shell construction. The scope of work included four surgical rooms, pre-op and recovery rooms, doctors’ offices and nursing facilities, as well as a site for a future MRI center.
