Burbank Medical Office

This project involved the ground-up construction of a new 72,000 SF, 4-story Class A medical office facility that features a structural steel frame, and decorative glass plaster and metal panel facade. The project also included five acres of site development and on-grade parking. Tenant improvements were also built for administration, physicians’ offices, procedure and exam rooms, an imaging center and a full-service pharmacy.
