110 Plaza – 2nd Floor Amenities

Project/Scope Description included a tenant improvement with minor demolition of existing corridors, four new shower rooms, new restrooms, kitchen area, conference room, new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
The project also included new roof-deck amenities of an existing 18-story office building, and new stairway from roof-deck to street level.
