Pacific Building Group’s Chief Financial Officer, Lisa Hitt, has received San Diego Business Journal’s “Outstanding Women in Construction and Design” designation.
Lisa got her start in the construction industry while still a teenager. She went on to work at several local construction firms in various management roles over the years and served as an instructor for the Association of General Contractors, San Diego Chapter for 17 years. She also founded her own IT firm that provided software to the construction industry. She joined PBG in 2012 and has been an important member of the senior management team since.
Lisa has continued contributing greatly to PBG’s growth and ongoing success. She has developed a web-based app that has revolutionized how PBG does business. Further, she continues to perfect the systems she has developed that improve and integrate PBG’s operations, risk management, safety and insurance functions.
Lisa holds two advanced credentials specific to the construction industry – CCIFP and CRIS—which she maintains by earning continuing education credits.
