Projects include new construction within 1st generation space, renovations of an existing space, carpet and paint improvements within occupied space, the addition of employee amenity areas, lobby and restroom renovations, data center and server room construction, healthcare and medical office improvements, speculative office construction, warehouse and industrial process improvements, ADA compliance, and projects requiring specialized mechanical, electrical and plumbing services in order to meet their business needs.
Projects include site and building pad development, demolition and grading, retaining wall construction, utility infrastructure, generator enclosures, landscape and parking enhancements, and road improvements required by the municipality.
Projects include façade improvements, historical building preservation, structural and seismic reinforcing, roof renovations, new storefront entries, signage, parking lot lighting, and landscape improvements.
Projects include a wide variety of multi-level steel frame, tilt-up concrete, and wood frame structures, as well as pour-in-place parking facilities.
