Chief financial officer of Pacific Building Group, Lisa Hitt has been named a 2017 recipient of San Diego Metro Magazine’s Women Who Impact SD. As the CFO, one of Lisa’s biggest achievements has been building systems which support accounting, IT, operations, risk management, safety, and insurance functions.
Outside of the office, Hitt invests her time in the East County Posse, whose mission is to assist people who need help with a “hand up, instead of a hand out.” Hitt is one of a handful of women in the male-dominated group, but this hasn’t stopped her from leaving her mark. She serves on the board of directors and
chairs the appropriations committee, working with the YMCA Armed Services to start and fund Operation Hero. She is also on the board of trustees of the Institute of Certified Construction
Industry Financial Professionals.
