Red White and Blue Thrift
Conversion of a former mercantile space into a 35,500 SF functional thrift store with integrated storage and staging areas. The first floor was fully renovated to support the new retail use, while the second floor remains dedicated to storage and sorting operations. Scope of work included installation of non-bearing interior partitions, new ceilings, doors and frames, and interior finishes throughout the space. The project also included construction of a new stair to the second floor, removal of two existing non-code-compliant wood stair structures, and upgrades to electrical power and mechanical systems, including installation of a new HVAC systems.
