This interior renovation project included 13,000 SF of flooring upgrades, paint, and acoustical wall panels. Removal and repurposing of classrooms and offices were done throughout the satellite campus including the addition of a study-and play integrated daycare where adult students of the university can study alongside their children playing. Interior cafes, conference, meeting rooms, and broadcasting rooms were retrofitted with new finishes. The campus was still in operation during the time of renovations so coordination and professionalism was essential to the project’s completion.
