Project consisted of us teaming with Coffman to construct three distinct projects/phases as our client moved and subsequently expanded in this fully occupied high rise building. The projects consisted of demolition of existing office space and converting it into class A office space with private office, open office area, collaboration spaces all completed with high end finishes. Each of the two expansions were completed with strategy and care to maintain business operations
