Tim Book is the Vice President of Operations for Pacific Building Group and is responsible to supervise all project management staff to ensure the overall project success from start to finish. Tim will coordinate with the pre-construction effort, scheduling, cost control, quality initiatives to assist in meeting client’s expectations. He provides technical and administrative support to ensure the safe and timely completion of all projects, as well as serving as Project Executive on select complex projects.
Tim has more than 20 years experience in the construction industry. He has completed projects totaling over $600M in San Diego utilizing multiple delivery methods such as CM at Risk, Design-Build, Design-Assit and Guaranteed Maximum Price contracts. Tim works closely with owners and consultant firms to address project goals and provides critical insight into constructability and budgetary options to deliver successful projects.
