Sharp Rees-Stealy – Sorrento Mesa
Project consisted of a design-build 102,000 SF class A medical office building tenant improvement. Scope included the renovation of 3 floors, extensive site improvements, ADA and code compliance upgrades, building system upgrades, a new 1000 KW generator, HVAC equipment replacement and a 3,700 SF state of the art data center.
