Robbins Arroyo

Project consisted of a 24,000 SF second generation tenant improvement of a shelled out single story law office. The new contemporary space features roll up doors, La Cantina sliding doors, all glass office fronts, skylights and Class A finishes. The project also consists of a new kitchen, restrooms, shower rooms and a completely new electrical and mechanical system.
